We offer concierge notary and fingerprinting services where every detail is coordinated around our client`s schedule to minimize aggravation, delays, and interruptions. We find that our high-profile clients very much appreciate our discretion and respect for their privacy.

Executives

Many of our clients are high-level executives who value our professionalism. We coordinate directly with the Executive or with their assistant to ensure valuable time is used productively.

As part of our concierge service, we will print out documents in advance of a notarization and scan them in when completed. We also ship documents anywhere in the world via FedEx or the client`s shipper of choice. Upon request, we will also hand-deliver documents anywhere in the Tri-State Area.

Oftentimes Executives prefer to use our service as opposed to in-house Notaries to keep the contents of the agreements private. This helps to facilitate an Ethical Wall between the Executive and the Company by providing unbiased, independent notary services. We are also happy to allocate extra time for discussion or modification of documents, facilitating the transaction taking place at its own pace.

All sensitive information regarding corporate strategies and future plans remains private with us. We are always willing to sign a Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement to ensure corporate concerns and private matters will remain private.

Hospitals & Senior Centers

Individuals often require notary services while in the Hospital or a Senior Citizen Center. We work with patients, their families, or the facility directly to notarize important, time-sensitive documents. For many reasons, it is imperative that these documents are notarized correctly the first time.

A major concern when notarizing documents at a health facility is that the signer knows what they are signing, has their mental faculties, and is competent at the time of signing. The signer cannot be on any form of mind-altering drugs at the time of signing.

We exercise extreme caution with these type situations, often requiring a written letter notarized by the signer's attending physician or social worker stating they are competent and not on any mind-altering drugs at the time of signing. This letter of competency may seem like an inconvenience, yet can mean the difference between a valid notarization and one that is unacceptable and easily contested.

International Clients and Tourists

We are happy to work with tourists from out-of-town or from outside the country who need to have documents notarized while in New York.

For US signers from other states, we notarize documents using a Stamp & Seal which meet the requirements of all 50 states, and we ensure correct notarial language and venue. After signing, we can ship the document directly to the recipient, or we can scan and email the document if needed immediately.

For non-US based signers, the document being notarized is often in another language. We frequently notarize documents in foreign languages or those that are translated by a consulate. No matter what language the document is written in, we can assist you provided that you speak the language and understand the contents of the document you are about to sign. Notarizing a foreign language document is legal.

We take extra care in circumstances where notary is dependent upon the signer to explain the contents. We want to ensure the document is not rendered invalid due to incorrect placement of the notary stamp and seal, and that there is no language that could indicate the notarization is doing more than merely witnessing signatures.

Our Notaries are familiar with the proper procedures to notarize foreign documents, including the correct notarial verbiage and apostille certification if need be. We also offer shipping services to send the document directly to the recipient, or we can scan and email the document to the recipient.

Witnesses

Many documents in addition to being notarized need the signatures to be witnessed as well. We make sure that the attestation clauses for the witnesses are properly administered and recorded in the document.

If requested, we are happy to provide witnesses. Please note this service must be scheduled in advance – we are not able to provide same-day witnesses.

Adoption

New York Mobile Notary Service has many years of experience assisting adopting parents with the procuring and notarizing of documents. We are hired directly by adopting parents as well as referred by adoption services throughout the world.

The preparation and completion of adoption dossiers is a complex process which requires coordination with accountants, physicians, employers, family, friends, and references who sign documents on behalf of the adopting parents. This is a time-consuming task which requires logistic expertise and organizational skills.

New York Mobile Notary can streamline this process by facilitating these numerous transactions. We will set-up appointments with the required individual signers and notarize all documents correctly. We provide fingerprinting services for state and federal background checks when required, and we Apostille documents which need to be Certified for International use.
